All monies paid by you for the goods will be refunded, including the carriage charge.

After Despatch
All monies paid by you for the goods will be refunded less actual carriage charges, however, the responsibility for the safe return and cost of carriage is with the sender.
We reserve the right to levy a cancellation fee of up to £20 to cover administrative costs.
Distance
Selling Regulations
| Under the Distance Selling Regulations you have
the right to cancel your order for any item purchased and claim a full refund.
To cancel your order you must notify us within seven 7
working days following the day of delivery. You must
return the product to us as required by these Terms but if you do not or if
you return the product at our expense we may charge you the reasonable costs
of returning product. |
| Should you wish to exercise your rights under the Distance Selling Regulations please contact us on 0151 334 0222. You must confirm the cancellation in writing, by fax or by e-mail. Verbal telephone cancellations alone cannot be accepted. |
| Reasonable care must be
taken of the product and packaging in order that the product can be
re-sold when it is returned. All items originally sent as part of the product
must also be returned. This includes all instruction booklets and manuals,
as well as associated free gifts or accessories. A deduction will be made
for missing items. You are responsible for the cost of safe carriage back to
us. You are strongly advised to arrange for adequate insurance to cover the
product during its return journey |
| The goods must be returned to Jacksons Leisure Supplies Ltd as soon as possible after sending your cancellation notice. If you fail to return the product within 7 days arrangements will be made to collect the product which will be charged to you. |
Unwanted
Or Incompatible Goods
| After 7 working days, we will, subject to our discretion, accept the return of products that are unopened and unused subject to the deduction of a £20 handling and administration fee. |
| In the event of an item needing collection by a third party supplier, we reserve the right to pass on the direct charges levied for this service. |
| Should
we authorise the return of an unwanted or incompatible product, you are
responsible for the cost of safe carriage back to us. |
YOUR STATUTORY RIGHTS ARE NOT AFFECTED
